Update 19.08.11

- New DamageXP feature so even when you can't get kills, you still get xp!
- Lots of balance changes to make it more enjoyable for all players.

Trying to build up the steam group..

I purchased a server yesterday but it's not working so im waiting on the host to fix it.
Once thats done ill install the mod and it'll be ready to play.
Though it will be a alpha/beta server levels will remain untill offical release :)
