I saw that devolved forums and server are locked. The shutdown is unfortunate but I know a TTT server that also has a marketplace, items, quests and minigames if anyone is looking. It is called FRG. Short for Forerunner Gaming.

I have tried that and my friends cant join because it says server not responding

didn't notice your comment, you can start a sandbox server inside of Garry's Mod by choosing Sandbox in the bottom right, then clicking "Start New Game" and choosing a player count above 1.

does anybody know how to make a sandbox server?
