Hi guys. I couldn't find a Discord for this game specifically.

I've gotten tired of not being able to reliably find games for old Gold Source (GoldSrc, HL1, Half Life 1) mods or Source (Half Life 2, HL2) mods, so I made a discord about just that. I am also trying to make this place an informational hub. I'm trying to centralize and unite the multiplayer mod communities for all of the various multiplayer mods out there. We play a mod of the week every Friday/Saturday.

they don't but all it takes is a few people and some tunneling software or someone more knowledgeable to setup a dedicated. I guilted someone into doing that like a year or two ago but it didn't last more than a week I would say

I got bored and set up a dedicated server on a laptop I never use. It's mostly default settings, standard map rotation. Did a little screwing around on it with a friend last night to test and seems stable so far. Hopefully it gets a little use, I miss this game.

The ip may change every so often, but just refresh the server list and you'll probably find it ;). I only have the included maps though, so if anyone has any good customs they can send me that would be great. Also would take any suggestions for server config changes...if anyone ever plays that is :)

Damn almost a year since the last post here. I wouldn't mind playing on some kind of basis agian. I've decided I'm going to run a DC server forever. I'll post when it's setup :)
