Konami shut down a free, fan remake of PT. They can and will shut down fan made games if they use the name of one of their franchises.

I think you should change the name since there is no way that Konami will let you get away with using the name Silent Hill. You can still make the same game; just change the name so you won't get a C&D.

Oh no I have never streamed. I have played all of the games I list here though. These games are rare gems that managed to hold my attention despite having to compete against the roughly 1,600 games in my Steam library.

@Zidane, are you a streamer too by any chance?

My favorite games are indie games. My least favorite games are also indie games. I am hoping that we can use this group to bring more joy to people.
