Some kind of DQ game topped the unique players chart of F2P June 2020 releases on Steam, unavailable in my region though. It's name is Dragon Quest: Rivals.

If you haven't purchased DQ XI on Steam (crazy idea, right?), now's your chance to pick up the definitive edition. It includes a 2D mode and some extra story elements for your party members. It's not clear if current owners of DQ XI will get any discount...but hey, it's DQ on PC, so we should gladly pay for the double dip, right?

Dragon Quest Builders made it into the top seller list for December. That's great news! It looks like Dragon Quest games are picking up steam (pun intended)!

Ni No Kuni 2 remind me of playing DQ8 and Rogue Galaxy back then. Since all they were made by Level-5, I guess that's natural.

It may not be Dragon Quest, but Ni No Kuni 2 is coming out this week. It got some great reviews and looks like a satisfying mix of JRPG and town building!

I really would like DQB1 on Steam (and 2 eventually if 1 sells well), i dont see why it wouldnt since it's yeah a minecraft clone but i like dragon quest who knows, it might make more fans?
Otherwise i need to buy a used PS4 just to play.

Glad I found this group - I think its crazy they've released all of the Final Fantasy games for PC but no Dragon Quest Games - Currently working on a series of retrospective videos for all mainline games in the series so Ill be sure to mention this cause!

I contact square enix and asked if DQB is getting a PC port, they said they are not doing it because Japan is busy with other projects.

Interesting opinion on why DQ is not popular in the West. I actually don't buy it. It has to do with marketing and SE refuses to market their DQ games here.
