100% chance that a Skill Check appears in a random location. <- before Patch
25% chance that a Skill Check appears in a random location. <- after partch 1.5.2

is that a translation error or is it a Bug ?. Look into it pls, it is a purple Add on. Same with the other purple Add ons and effect like the brown add ons. I dont understand what happend
