As you all must have read the recent morning edition of Trans-Alpine Yodel, or for those of you who are unaware the possibility of war is among us. Talk of war remains general all along the border counties and deep across the West Zubrowkian frontier. Those in doubt about the gravity of the situation woke up to sobering news this morning. The Barracuda Brigades of General von Schillings iron tank division moved briskly into position above the good king's hunting grounds and trained their turret-sights on Lutz. A yellow letter with a red CrossedKey wax seal has arrived at the lobby desk.

"To the Society of the Crossed Keys,
At the Excelsior Palace we have priceless,one of a kind paintings from the seventeenth centry and prior. The fine detail and style brings forth awe at our guests. It came to our attention that the painting "Boy with Apple", has been stolen from a former guest of The Grand Budapest Hotel, a fine member of our Society of the Crossed Keys. What came about "Boy with apple" we most curtainly do not know. Nor can we provide furture knowledge on the subject matter we can, however, sugest a artfilled,frightening game called, Layers of Fear played serveral times between the head concierge and I.

I find it most interesting to wonder about someones abode seamingly uninvited and unveiling a lifetime of pain and sorrow that the owner had or has, picking up peices of artwork along the way. A interesting and haunting play. Hope you enjoy just as well.
