Crescent Quest 1.0 is on it's way to being released soon, all prior versions from 2014 until now have been fairly secretive, I have shared these versions between around eight people, some still have the older versions which is a joy for me to hear about.

Note, nobody has ever had influence on the game itself, this is a solo project of mine, I promise beta testers only solve bugs and or glitches and do not impact the game as a whole. I respect the opinions and feedback of beta testers and all other players and will act on it at times but it will not cause a major shift in the direction of the game. The only influence on the game is the original inspiration for it being an old MMO I used to play in my childhood which some of you are aware of.

Speaking of things influencing the game, I want to make it very clear that this game is a tribute to the past, a different era. Current event themes have no place in this game, I will not bend the knee and I will not add things such as differently colored flags to the game because someone told me to do it. I treat all players of Crescent Quest as mature, people who will not give into propaganda being spewed in current times. You will never see me, under my own name or in the name of Crescent Quest donate to [current thing] either.

I believe it is best to put this out here before I release my game publicly. Aside from that, I sincerely hope you enjoy what I have created, my soul was genuinely a part of this game since the beginning. Feel free to spread word of the game and or make videos of the game, I would like to see them.

Over the past few years I have been consistently working on Crescent Quest and have made major progress on the game, I have never dropped the project once or ever considered stopping and or cancelling it. Still, it is no where near finished but I have been working to release a beta for it again soon. Ever since I started work on this game in 2014 I have been more and more determined to get this project finished.

I know there are some beta testers still in this group that have helped me test the game in the past (those past versions were horribly unfinished, unpolished, I know), but I have not forgotten you lot. The game has changed a lot since then and has had a lot of overhauls. I know it's not much but to those who have helped test the game in the past I would like to offer a tribute to you in the game itself in some way, as well as give you an exclusive Steam DLC code when the game releases on Steam in the coming years that will give you a unique costume / outfit in the game.

If some how you have found your way off of my friendslist here on Steam or Discord then you can add me back to discuss what you'd like in the game itself, and the tribute you'd like whatever it may be. You all have my thanks. (I will be giving more updates here in the future.)

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a good Christmas. Here's a little news about the game.

I was originally going to release a beta for Crescent Quest on January 1st but I will delay it longer for quality reasons, there's also many new things I have yet to add into it to make the beta or game in general more enjoyable.

I have also discussed another project I have been working on related to Crescent Quest in our Discord server which people may be excited about, I won't mention a lot of it here as it's still in very early stages and more testing must be done with it. I will say however that it is an MMO, it will be released way earlier than Crescent Quest itself and will be a prequel to said game. This is all the information I can give at the moment.
