Intel Lanfest 2011

Intel is at it again they're hosting another lanfest with prizes like an intel I7 processor, and i intend to play for it. I odn't know about the other states but here in New Mexico We are pretty darn spoiled. With all these companies like hp dell and intel they're always giving away free gadgets. Since I'm trying to get into the Gaming tourny I'm going to be seeing if there is any way I can broadcast this Lanfest. The starting date for this event is March 16th to March 18th. Gamers of all consoles are easily welcomed as well such as wii gamers, yes it's true they're hosting Super Smash Bros Melee tournament with prizes... More to come

Battlefield Releases a new Play4Free game. Looks good!

Speaking at GDC yesterday, Ben Cousens has revealed that Battlefield Play4Free cost a mere 10 to 15 percent of the upcoming Battlefield 3’s budget to develop, and that it’s already making a profit through microtransactions. Battlefield Play4Free is currently in beta, and has taken 600,000 signatures since testing began on November 30 last year.

Players of Battlefield 1943, or either of the Battlefield: Bad Company games, will get access to the Beta on March 1. Followers of the official twitter feed and Facebook page will be able to play on April 4.

The first footage of Battlefield 3 was released yesterday. I still do a little ooh-rah every time I watch it. Tom has been the Battlefield Play4Free beta. He’s not ooh-rahing quite so much.

Dead Space 2 ha ha

Well I gotta say... By far the best game of the year in my opinion is Deadspace 2. I nearly wet myself on some of the moments in the heart pounding situations but thanks to riddict and most of all shamrocs for helping me through it with their "encouraging words" I made it out alive 1/2 of the time. Dead space 2's Single Player mode of the game offers a really deep story that makes you think you know something and then it turns it around on you and gives a big slap to the face and states "No!" The ending is definitely worth the price the developers charge for it. Constantly being on my toes made me realize how much I was actually shaking after I took my fingers off the keyboard and mouse. Fans of the first Deadspace game will have time to reminisce as you get to re-board the place where it all started, Yes i'm talking about the Ishimoura; forgive me if I didn't it correctly I'm still on my toes, Yikes!. I'm not going to give all the secrets and humor that is in the game; you'll have to do that yourself. That's all I have to review on Deadspace 2 And I need to go get some sleep! Phew!

New Broadcasters and lots of updates

Hey hope everyone and their families are doing okay this new year and having a wonderful night. As busy as we are all we've made two small changes to our broadcasting site hosted at www.livestream.com. please welcome Musashi and IndieOrange as two of our new broadcasters! This month all the way to April I myself will be working heartily in college in New Mexico "The Land of Enchantment" at CNM. during these months of grueling slave labor and stress inducing pain of studying I will not have much time on the computer, gaming or chatting up on my facebook. I will however have my handy dandy pocket pc phone handy so I encouragea anyone and everyone of thisz small group to get the word out for our site! You may invite people who wish to be in our group. I am encouraging all of you and the future community who reads this within the next few month to apply to be a broadcaster with us if you are interested in having fun, talking with new people, being organized and helping with the growth of your comunity!

Ho ho Deadspace 2

As we near christmas, I myself have taken notice to the new deadspace sequel that is scheduled to release the 25th of January. Being a zombie and horror survival fan I naturally have planned to by this game. So in an attempt to get a team based from within the Console connection gorup I am posting this announcement. If you are planning to get Dead Space 2 and want to join in for a little zombie genocide when the game releases inform us by leaving a post on this page!

Having been this group first announcement I would like to stress the importance of this one. You have joined a community of which broadcasts new and present games. We are actually WORKING towards making this a pretty moderate sized community.
