Nobody has right to put anyone anywhere. But as far as clanwar(s) go, I assume Soul and ES never warred. But they're both powerful in competitive sniping which is apparent. Epsilon seems more established however, with an official website. Sponsorship, and YouTube. It would be sensible for them to be #1, as a possible figure head. The only way to dispute this would probably be a clanwar.
