Don't delete the people from the group, broseph. The chances that THEY made the ♥♥♥♥ are low, and they've most likely been hacked themself. For safety precautions, I recommend either telling the person that sent you the message (when they're back online, of course) to tell them what happened and suggest that they change their passwords. Of course, the other thing you could do is just to block them, which is all the same.
