Yeah it seems to have just randomly gone away everytging is back to normal and running well.

I had that again last night. I notified them and all was sorted within 1 hour...Unusual for them to respond so quick via mail :-)

I just started a ark server yesterday everything was buttery smooth but this morning I was getting that same error you had?

Yes they drag their feet.... Scamming ? No. They give me the type of control of my server that I require. But technical support and efficiency are not ,it seems, in their vocabulary...yes It took me nearly a week to get started, and it took several days to resolve last critical issues. But No, the do not scam.

okay that's what i figured and i am glad its a common problem i don't want them having to take more time figuring out the error.. from what I've seen on the web they have poor customer service and i'm now experiencing it first hand.. thanks for the quick reply Leon guess ill have to work on another project until its resolved.

Just keep badgering them with the tickets...Usually this message gets resolved within 24 hours

I just bought a Space Engineers server it was up for only a day and went down overnight.. the next morning i have this message "Unknown - Webservices are currently down on this node. Please contact us, if your server is running it will not be affected." and i cant connect to the server IP nor can i even edit anything at all does anyone know why this is happening? i opened a ticket but im still waiting.. and of course the help chat box is no help..

We agree that it has much better hardware and interface than what we were used to.

Once we got past the teething problems and began to find our way through the fog, we have recieved excellent service.

We have intalled a new map which most players seem to enjoy. those that don't just don't like the way the game really is,so no problem there.

Well, i initiated a server purchase 5 hours ago, it took 2 hours to be able to pay them. Paypal would not accept the paypal Mc due the type of billing service Citadel uses(payment method is used everyday most places). Got that resolved, Spent 3 hours installing and reinstalling the base game and the mod to get the server actually to start where it was failing with incomplete base files.. Which it not a good start. What I will say is, Citadel offers superior hardware than these other fly by night companies like Killservers and Bluefang. Remains to be seen if I and friends can actually play today.

I just got a GTA5 server and i am totally lost. I have no idea how to connect to the server inside my game, i have no idea what mods i need. I have done a ticket so i hope they answer soon.

When it comes to databases, manual installs, and anything 'server', I'm a dunce. But honestly none of that matters if you get a server with CS. . . I was seriously blown away by the level of customer service Citadel offers. The set up on both of my TWOC servers (Wurm and Ark) were finished in minutes, but I was still a little freaked to touch anything (assuming servers can explode, I was afraid to be the cause of said explosion). Even being scared to do anything, they walked me through everything, provided documentation to explain the process and even provided me with screenshots to literally 'paint me a picture'.

I have yet to meet any rude customer service representatives and I have yet to have an issue take longer than 15 minutes to completely resolve (although most of the time it was my fault, because I'm a dunce when it comes to this stuff).

They are definitely a 10/10 for me. Look no further
