"cyka blyat" is a improper slur of Russian words usually meaning "♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥". This term is usually shouted trillions of times per day in European CS:GO servers. Originated in the CS:GO community but has since spread to other games, mainly in the PC gaming community.
