God is not only real, He's the reason anything is real at all. None of us would be here if He didn't first create us. And in address to the questions on your profile, Draith, God is both willing and able to get rid of evil, but at His own time (a time which is rapidly approaching). Evil exists because He gave us free will and we chose evil. Had He forced us, He wouldn't be loving (forced love is not love). He has, however, given us a way to escape the final consequence and power of evil and eventually escape even the presence of it. Instead of acting in so much pride and judging a perfect God based on an imperfect standard, you should be looking at the evil in your own heart by judging yourself according to God's perfect Law (the perfect standard) and then you'd realize that God never forced you to be evil--YOU chose it. And God in His mercy gave His only Son as a solution. All you need to do is stop rejecting Him and accept Him.
