there's no thrusting, and as I said the image that shows 4 seconds after that image actually shows a different perspectave showing that his hands are on his hips and he's not touching the player at all.

the image only looks like that because of the perspectave of the top down angle of the world, literally in the next few seconds it switches to a shot where the latex that transfured you is like a foot away from your body standing triumphantly, while you're on the floor all confused.
