Welcome to the CHAD Operators

The Chad Operators was founded by a group of players in 2017 as a way to play ARMA 3 together. As we have grown as a Unit over the past year we have learned the more players the merrier! We are now opening recruiting to the public for all positions within our Unit. We run themed missions every night based on real-world units from all over the world.

If you are interested in playing with a small yet well-organized group of ARMA 3 players and you have a willingness to listen and learn then The Chad Operators is the right unit for you. We have no mandatory attendance requirements like other units and you may participate as you please.
