Hey guys, so apparently dungeonland is free to play now. It's basically a diablo style game, but one player plays the dungeon master and sets up a dungeon for the rest of the players to get through. I have no idea what their free to play model is or why they suddenly decided to do it, but it's in the steam free to play section so why not give it a try?

SOE released the first "performance update" today if u guys wanna check that out.

This may sound a little odd but I've taken to eating snacks while gaming. I like to stay clean so I usually avoid the greasy snacks. Recently, I've been putting the greasy food into a cup and eating the snack out of cups. It stays clean and easy. Try it!

I hope every Star Citizen member has read the recent news of multiple packages. It seems a character is given for each package. I may be wrong on that though. I've also heard characters can be bought like a package itself.

Personally I don't really have a problem with the microtransactions. MMO's are the most expensive game you can make and have it be a one time payment and have no other source of income from it is not enough. Guild Wars 2 and all other one time payment MMO's do this. It will just be stupid stuff like cosmetics and EXP boosts or something so nothing to worry about, or as far as I know. If that is not the case then Chris ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up.

I've seen a few explanations on the forums. It seems CIG needs the money from microstransactions to keeps the game running. I've also heard an Aurora costs about 200k. 20k a day at $20 each isn't very much at all. I don't feel as bad now.

I and quite a few members of CASR are heavily disappointed in the addition of micro-transactions to Star Citizen. We have given the creators a certain amount of days before we completely disregard the game. We have given too much money for this to be happening where it becomes pay to win.

I have no idea if I am allowed to post here or not, and I apologize if I am not supposed to. I did feel I should let you know that I will be gone from around a week to a week and a half. I'm sending in my laptop to the Alienware Tech Support to be run through a full diagnostic and repair. So while the repair it, I will be computerless, and you will be without my manliness to help motivate the war effort.
