New Chat bot

We have implemented a bot into the group chat, has 50+ commands.

Special Thanks to KraXarN~ for developing the bot

Commands
!help List of some basic commands
!id Send your Steam ID
!lenny Chooses a random lenny face
!random Says a random player from the current chat
!games Says your most played games
!store [name] Makes bot search the store page for specified game
!nameof [appid] Says the name of that App ID
!name Says your name and game
!api Says your name, nickname and location
!recents Says your most played games the last 2 weeks
!lastdown Says the date and time Steam was last down (UTC+1)
!count [time] Makes a countdown of selected seconds
!rannum [num] Makes bot pick a random number between 0 and num
!define [word] Defines that word for you
!users Says the amount of users in the current chat
!search [string] Searches on Google
!yt [string] Searches on Youtube
!bday Says your Steam birthday
!chatid Says the current chat's ID
!rules Says rules for group chat
!weather [city] Says weather for specified city. Shaddap
!joinme Sends a joinable link to your current server
!logoff Says the time you last logged off
!servertime Says the current time for Steam's server
!toggle [cmnd] Toggles the given command
!check [cmnd] Checks if the given command is enabled or not
!setdelay [cmnd] Sets a custom cooldown delay for given command
!welcomemsg [msg] Sets a custom welcome message
!8ball The 8 ball, just because
!wiki [word] Defines the word from Wikipedia
!updated Says when bot was last updated
!afk Says how many are AFK in the current chat (Away or Snooze)
!players [game] Says how many are currently playing the game
!apps Says how many apps there currently are on Steam
!warn Check how many warnings you have

It can also get titles of links, so if you or anyone else link anything in chat, it'll get the title of the page etc. and tell everyone what it is!
