In a team, roles should be specified determined on the person who performs it the best. We need everyone to post what they are best at most. We have primary and secondary roles. Primary being bigger and secondary being less important.

Primary Roles(T Side)
Awper:Person who awps well
Entry Fragger:Person who takes the entry frag.
Support:Person who knows smokes and flashes well helping the team using nades and other grenades. (Any player can throw their own smokes or flashes. Support just does most of it.)
IGL(In Game Leader): Leads the team calling out strats, when to buy or save, when to rotate, etc.
Lurker:Person who goes behind enemy lines. Killing or calling opponents when rotating, etc.

Secondary Roles(T Side)
Playmaker:Is the person who gets trade kills if entry fragger goes down.
Secondary Awper:If primary awper does not want to awp, secondary awps/scouts.
Rifler:Person who is best at rifling.
Mid-Round Strat Caller:Uses good game sense and calls strats mid round.
Holder:Person(Most likely Lurker) who holds site until rest of team comes to plant.

Awper
IGL
Pivot/Rotating Player:Person who rotates the first when needed and is free to move around the map freely.
Defensive/Static Player:Holds sites longest before team rotates.
Support
