Civ for fun

I will keep this in mind for when i have time i havent had much time recently to be playing games but i could live up to this challenge...

ALL DLC - TEAMSPEAK - MULTIPLAYER - TEAM STRATEGY

My friend King Toth and I are looking for a 2 person team to play against and we are dependable and won't quit even if we are losing. We have our own teamspeak server. Makes teamplay super nice because each team can have their own channel. Preferably all players in The North American area for better ping, smoother gameplay and close time zones. No quitters! Long sessions with short 10 minute breaks. Two 2 person teams or Three 2 person teams. No AI's 16 city States and Earth standard map for Two teams and 23 city states and Earth huge map for three teams. ALL DLC required. No random leaders. There are so many civs to choose from. Make a team strategy.
