@Tankist - sorry for the very late response, but just open Steam, go to the Menu at the top, click Steam, then Check for updates. The MAC - PC cross-platform issue is a recurring one, and we are currently waiting for another fix. Hopefully it comes soon.

@roby: I havr Mac OS X and it works fine. I know this helps less than not at all, but I wanted to at least start responding to people in this room so we can get some discussions going. So speak up everyone who wants to say anything. This will be Say Anything week... or something.

Dear Civilization V. You have taken my online game away from me and other MAC users for weeks and months at a time, multiple times, so that you could update PC users sooner than MAC users. It's like ripping the bottle away from a baby. For me to say that I HATE you is an understatement. How about you get your act together and start updating both PC and MAC at the same time, instead of alienating MAC users?

Hi Mac users. I Need Some Help. Basically The New Upate Was Released For Macs For This Game. I'm Not Very Computer - Savvy But The Update Isnt Updating. And The Content Hosting Is Provided By No One. Any Idea What I Can Do?

when are they going to make animation avaliable for multiplayer? now it pretty much sucks..

There has been a lag on the development side between Firaxis and Aspyr on getting code transfer. I hear Aspyr is more than half way through the Mac translation though so it should be out in another month or two.

i tried that fix to play with PC players, but I can't get it to work. I had to reinstal civ to be able to play again. Bummer. Any word of if/when they are going to fix things for MAC?

I don't think so, it's nice to have a Mac community hub. Could be usefull also if they mess it up in the next patch.
