Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
360 grams AP flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
300 grams sugar
227 grams grams unsalted butter room temperature
2 large eggs 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
Coating
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder
In a separate bowl, Beat sugar and butter until smooth, add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition, Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Beat in Vanilla extract. Add the Flour mixture and beat until smooth. If soft, refrigerate until firm.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
shape dough into 1 in. round balls

Coating
Mix sugar and cinnamon
roll dough balls in cinnamon sugar and place onto prepared pan
Bake for 8 - 10 Minutes
