Hello and welcome to the Tales of Brestrial, myself and Burnzie have been working hard to bring this world to life and we hope you stay and enjoy it with us! A little backstory is in order for this thing, I started designing this world when I was at basic training while on medheld. A guy needed something to do other than sit there and do nothing for 16 hours a day. After I got home I felt the itch to get back into RP on steam after taking a break for a while and remembered the notebook I had filled to the brim with information about the world I had crafted, Brestrial.

This is a world crafted entirely by myself and Burnzie, it's a low-fantasy/steampunk setting with a strong mix of Medieval and Victorian themes. It hosts the usual cast of fantasy races such as Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Orcs etc with a few others thrown in such as Centaur and Gnomes, among others. The world is currently embroiled in a massive war spanning the whole continent on which the RP takes place, akin to our WWI, and has been at a stalemate for the past 11 years. The war is fought by the Ebon Pact fighting off the Sivarian Accord populated mainly by the High Elves who are attempting to assert their dominance over the continent and put everything under their rule. The world of Brestrial is a strange one that never developed a heavy use of gunpowder, instead opting to use the power of steam. Battles are fought by a mix of old style medieval soldiers assisted by more modern soldiers weilding steam rifles.

The RP is centered around the members of Alpha Company 2-502 and their coalition allies who are entrenched in the Triangle of Death, one of the deadliest places in the war on terror. As their tenure in the area draws on, so does the increase of strange weather in the area. Storms uncharacteristically strong have been ravaging the area for weeks now, and though they have become business as usual for Alpha & Co., things are about to get a whole lot weirder.... Now the members of Alpha Company must try and survive in a new world, one populated by elves and orcs, knights and sorcerers, a place that was once fantasy.

The Roleplay will be starting up in the next week or so, a date will be announced soon. Applications are open as of now, and players can be any civilian or military personnel that would be normal in Alpha Co. or their Coalition allies, however we are trying to keep most soldiers within the enlisted ranks. Hello! We are hoping to get this roleplay off of the ground staring next weekend, and to do so we require one more admin, specifically someone from Europe. Part of this group will involve splitting the party at some point to accomodate different time zones and to do so we require an admin in the european timezone to accomodate those people.
