Sadly there is nothing we can do for people that can't use the mobile authenticator, but there won't be any more delays from the bots' side.

They still have a delay on trading. We aren't entirely sure why because the authenticator has been enabled for well over a week. They should lose their delay once Steam decides it wants to be nice.

Bots Offline Temporarily for New Mobile Auth Changes

With Valve's recent changes to trading, the bots will be offline temporarily while we revise them to work with the new mobile authentication changes so your items aren't held for 3 days.

Bots Unable to Trade Due to SteamRep

The bots have been unable to trade because before each trade they make sure the person they are trading is not marked as a scammer on http://www.steamrep.com. SteamRep has been down, so the bots are erroring out trying to check if you're a scammer. We fixed the issue and the bots should be working again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The server we were running the bots on had some serious technical issues, and we were forced to use an old back up. Unfortunately, we lost some data, and the bots might not be able to sell some items they have or buy some items from you guys.

If you find any items that the bots should buy/sell but don't, please post them on the Missing Items Thread and we'll add them as soon as possible.

Also, a few of the bots are unable to trade because of Steam Guard, so they'll be offline for a few more days.

Finally, please remember that there is the Steam Summer Sale going on, and things like that make the bots run poorly because of all the extra traffic slowing everything down.
