The server should still be running i updated it the other day. I know Trompie did do a server wipe a short while back and enabled PVP.

kam ek asseblief n update kry van die server status want ek kon vir n week nie nou join nie.
Hy fail elke keer wat ek online gaan. Vandag kon ek darm online gaan maar ek kan nie op dinos klim nie. ek moet die server leave en online gaan om net te kan beweeg as ek probeer.
gaan julle die server afsit ?
want ek sien niemand was al online vir n lang ruk nou al nie.

Hi guys. Sorry for the downtime on the server over the festive seasons. Obviously like you guys, we also go away and enjoy holiday. we did try our best to have someone available most of the time. but obviously there were stages we all were away at the same time. with Ark updating so regularly, that's not a good thing!

But we back. and coming into the new year we moving our server, so that we can maage it easier. Which is a good thing for you guys and for us!

So, in the near future we will be down, hopefully not for long, as we copy everything over to the new server.

We will keep you guys updated.

I understand your point but just help to figure out if it possibly glitched through the world floor or something would be appreciated (I read about that happening sometimes)
I know admins can't fix any bugs, but identifying some of them will help the whole server. From what what I've read this is a serious issue with the game at the moment. Not sure how many other people had this happen to them on this server (this makes it four dinos that it happened to just in our tribe), but maybe the admins and players can get together to see if we can find a way to live through it while waiting for the devs
As far as I understand (I was not party to the communications) there was no willingness from the admin team side to try and figure out what happened, which is disappointing because the admins on this server was always there for us in the past
I'm not trying to blame anyone, just trying to figure out a way to keep the future of this extremely fun server as bright as possible

Did you use your tracker to try find your dino?
If not, we can't help you, we can't sort out glitches caused by the game, as it is in early access. We can't help with teleporting dinos, vanishing, dissapearing, despawning, or anything weird, UNLESS, it is the result of an admin. Otherwise it's fair game where we all playing with the same glitches, and bugs.

An admin will always be willing to help if your dino is stuck somewhere or in the air, or something like that. Admins will NOT spawn in dino's or things like that unless, they caused the loss of an animal by mistake. again, NOT if it was a result of the games bugs...

Please keep in mind, game bugs have absolutely nothing to do with the admins running of the server, that is purely on a development level, we an't just witch buttons or add commands to fix the game or make things work, that currently are bugged.

just one request... please post server restart/update anouncements or something... the advanced architect mod is giving me issues with finding the server sometimes... requiring a mod reinstall... but if i don't know the server is restarting/updating... i keep troubleshooting forever without knowing the server is restarting/updating... unfortunately I'm not always in game to see your chat warnings

EXCITING STUFF GUYS!!! The server is currently updating to ass all the ridiculous halloween content. This is a decent sized update, so please give the server time to update.

Hey guys.

Mask mod and medic mod is being removed for now, as they can't be placed with the current mods. We will check back on them and on the side try get them workign again.

On the plus side, the new mods do add some cool clothing and things to customise your characters in the mean time.
