1. Servers not responding must be due to your location, as this doesn't happen with the majority of people.
2. People vote up on the workshop what maps they want to see. Yes, people actually rate up even the most questionable of maps. Rate the maps you would rather see and share them with your friends, they'll surely pop up on the roster then.
3. That's not really a problem, we have our veterans and hopefully the new players will be inclined to level up themselves.
4. The publishers (IndieGala) seem to be focused on their new game at the moment, which we can only guess is why there has been a lack of updates.

I understand how you feel this way... which is why the community does its best to keep the game alive through events, artwork, etc. The community is strong enough to keep this game alive, even though the lack of support from IG.

Half of the servers are not responding
Workshop maps are not moderated so there is only 1 decent of 10
Gap of players between >10 and <80 levels
No attempts from developers to really work on their product

This project has had perspectives, but for now this game is no more. It has ceased to be. It is expired and gone to the half-life 3. It is off the twig. It has kicked the bucket.
