It's alive, but not much happens... As I said in the 100 key/group direction announcement, Taco and I realize we don't do enough for ya'll, and there exists other facets for ya'll to get raffles.
I use TF2R consistantly, and the community is great.
Scrap . tf started doing raffles as well, and the infrastructure is good, but the community and support aren't anywhere near what TF2R has built up over the years.
