Looks like this is fairly old news but it was new to me when I saw it earlier today and well... it got me all excited!

There is a little easter egg in one of the maps in the Endgame DLC for BF3 which is basically a little futuristic looking drone thingy. The important bit here is that it has, on it's side the logo for the EU faction from BF 2142!

So while BF 2143 hasn't been directly confirmed, it looks pretty likely at this point!

:) I know I'm late and slack bla bla bla but if anyone doesn't know yet, the BF3 open beta is up and running. If you wanna get in there you just need to install origin (EA's version of steam) and go to free games.

I just watched the EA conference at E3 and DICE announced an open beta for BF3! So all those, like me who didn't buy MOH (cause it looked shit) can still get in on it!

Bargin. If you dont already have it, i'd advise picking it up, not quite a full battlefield games like BF2 and 2142 but still very cool!
