That's to get into ECET common diploma/degree. BEng path is competitive with grades (from BCIT terms 1 and 2) being around 75-80% to get in.

@Teeroy: Yeah there's some people here in res, although I'm not one of them.
@mwoo: Don't quote me, but I think it was like 70-75+? There's a pre-requisite page if you look up ECET on BCIT's website.
