Features:
*Hunters and jockeys cannot be m2'd unless they have a survivor pinned.
*Quads can happen.
*Hunter limit is set to 2.
*Spawn timers are 16s

*Survivors glows are currently enabled, but this may change.
*You are black and white after one incap, but revived with 50hp.
*M2 fatigue is default competitive standard.
*Scout is available, same stats as EQ.

*Melee weapons are removed from saferooms and replaced by pistols.
*Max pills per map: 5.
*Tank is slowed down by gunfire.
*Bunnyhops are fully enabled.

additional notes:
*Mapinfo and stripper changes are promod's. Map custom distances might be slightly different from eq.
*Saferoom pills are given automatically.
*Health bonus is fixed so b&w bonus is now worth the same amout as it is after one incap in any other regular configs (i.e 0.17 instead of 0.10).
