I think i got IP banned again

Fixed Trent, you got hit by the same false positive earlier. I've removed the ban, thank you for helping to tune the appliance. Web hosting is relatively new to ArkTech, the traffic patterns hasn't been learned by our security appliance yet, make sure to report any other incidents like this. Thank you

Umm im still banned and all i was trying to do was use filezilla on my website

Fixed now Sebastian, a false positive in ArkTech's security appliance tripped on your IP and it banned your traffic from our servers. I've since then lifted the ban and retuned the security appliance.

The site was down for me all day yesterday and its still down now hope this gets fixed soon also seems the servers still query fine so I think you can still join your Gmod servers but I am not sure

Thank you for the kind message Superblob, if you can get some previous experience and know what you're doing then you don't need 500 hours. That's primarily put in place so people are more independent, allowing me to focus on other things than developing their servers.

hello im going to keep playing gmod before i ask for a host i wanted to make a darkRP server maybe that wont happen really i just want it for me and my friend so im going to keep playing till i got 500 hours then ill ask uh i didnt understand some of what was up there but i understanded most of it im happy i will be able to get that up so untile i can get another comeputer so i can start up my own thank you for this
