I got scammed about a week ago, so i wanted to say this:

Feel free to report him massively, he take all of my inventory like close to $1000 of items. i told him to get my item back but he don't want, so i was done with him. I wish getting my item back for multiple reason cuz this items was a gift from my community and have a really big sentimental value. Hello,
Recently I got scammed and lost around 250$. I do not accept this. Injustice must be punished. I told the guy I would track him down and do everything to stop him.
That's what I did. I managed to find the scammer's main account with my stolen item + a very large amount of other expensive items.
I contacted a lot of victims scammed by the same guy and we all agree that this is him.
Now that I managed to track him down, It is time to stop this dusgusting scum once and for all!

Yep i saw the thread. There are Trade Bots, Group Bots, Scam Bots. Beware of all of them.

Agreed. Steam has done their part with authenication and trade warnings. Its the user's responsibility and fault if they are scammed. The signs are there. Never trade with someone you only just met.

Well for starters. Its not steam. Not much more they can do. They have added alot of security such as mobile authenticators to prevent it, they tell ppl not to use third party websites. Its not steam thats the problem. Its the ppl who trade without using commen sense....

Since valve and steam are retarded enough not to do anything against scammers I have cashed out my skins and will never again trade therefore am probably going to leave the group.

Unfortunatly it takes over 2 months and more for steam to do ANYTHING against a scammer if they do anything at all.

So ♥♥♥♥ this whole platform.

@lady of trades & spades easier to just not use any website other then steam. Prevents being scammed at all.

If anyone thinks a website is not real or will scam you, ether use a website safety check or post it on steam and see if the link gets removed. If it shows up t o not be real, find a method to report the website for fraudulent activity. Usually the fact that a website gets removed, means it's a scam.
