My Resignation From 'AlphaNotBeta'

To whom it may concern (hopefully all of you), I am hereby resigning from the team, this will probably come as a shock to all of you, but I want to make it clear that I believe this is the right coice for me if I want to move forward. At the start of this short-lived journey, before we had a full 5 man team, CSGO was a fun way to get to know eachother, and our competitive experiences together were great, but as of lately, and having more and more members of the team, CSGO has stopped feeling like a fun and relaxing game to play in my spare time, everyone became more wrapped up in the game and had the right motivation to step it up a notch and take the game more seriously. As for me however, I am not a serious person and I can never seem to keep a straight face about anything, having a team that is constantly arguing or raging (not all of you) seems to be really holding me back. Everyone needs someone that they can relate to, and within our team, I don't feel that I am welcome as I don't relate to anyone very much, thus making me differen't, and making it hard to play a video game and actually enjoying it. My other friends that I have started building a team out of, share a lot of my qualities and traits with me, and some of them are very inspiring, the environment of a competitive match with them is far more enjoyable when I am surrounded with positivity, not people yelling about how much they tagged someone for or wether they think someone is hacking. So in all, I can't focus or play to my full potential without a positive, happy and relateable team, and I know this might sound picky or demanding but it's just the way I function.

Hope you all understand.
All the best,

-Lochlan with an 'O'
