When i open the APB launcher nothing pops up so i think there editing the patch notes or changing the website around! so they are getting close!!

i heard a rumor that APB was purchased and is currently in the process of having files and data transferred from RTW to the unknown buyer, they said expect for APB to be back up and running by mid december! once again this was only a rumor, don't get your hopes up, i'll will post info as i get it.
