APG Mission Statement Change

Message to all current and ex APG members... we are making a concerted effort to bring back the APG to an active unit. Even if it starts out small, I want to start rebuilding towards the community that we were, with a few key changes. From here on, this clan will no longer have individual "squads" on our roster, and a bloated command staff. The roster will consist of one list, ordered by rank. We will have ranks as they were, however what they mean within the clan will change. Overall, a more simplified approach to the administration of the clan and what requirements will be placed on the individual member, from private all of the way up to myself. Think of it as one step up from a gaming community, instead of previously being one step down from a milsim unit. While I still think practicing together and organized play is important to being a competitive team, we will be doing our best to minimize the BS and keep it all about having fun as a group. We do plan on playing in many of the Squad community events, and being a competitive team. More details to follow over the coming weeks.

Future of the APG - All members past and present please read

After much deliberation, we have decided to transition the APG into a gaming community instead of a "clan" or "unit" in one specific game. There are a few reasons for this, and ultimately I think it will provide a better outcome for all of our members. The website will be updated over the next couple days to reflect this change.

With this, obviously we will not be involved with squad specifically, nor any one paticular game. With that being said, we will still offer a hierarchy of some sort for certain games that we have a lot of interest in, including playing competitively in a few of them.

As far as VOIP, as previously stated, we are making the transition to the APG Discord server, teamspeak will be deactivated on September 1st. Here is the link to the server : https://discord.gg/K6swBWR All members past and present are asked to join the server, and make regular appearances/hang out in it, as this will be the primary means of linking up.

To all of our past members, we ask you to reconsider joining back with us as a community member/leader! Please contact me directly via steam or the website pm if interested!

We will be making the transition over to a discord server for all of our voice communication needs from this point forward! Teamspeak will remain active until we get most of the members reguarly using discord.
