tried repair didnt work

can someone help me when i uninstall the game and install the game again like first i deleted the whole files in apb reloaded then unisntalled the game and when i installed the game back and the launcher was isntalling the files it says failed to download 1 file a criminal file do any of u know how to fix this ?
