What if we had workshops. Groups of 2-4 people all learning about the map and doing what they feel is necessary to have a good understanding about an adjustment of tactics in the upcoming match. For example, for payload, on map review day, scruples could be all "WE NEED COVERAGE ON ENEMY SNIPER AT ALL TIMES! I WANT OUR SNIPER AND SCOUT ON HIM!" then the sniper and the scout form a workshop and learn about different ways to stop the enemy sniper, such as learning common spots on the map, watching videos, and just generally doing their homework on it. That way the things that are most important get thought and the rest of the team can focus on other areas. And the best part is, the day before game day scrim or something, we could all collaborate our knowledge. I will bring it up later. Just an idea. What do you think?
