I have resumed developement on ACE3 Wasteland. I am paring down the modset and updating to the latest version of A3 Wasteland and ACE3. Let me know if you guys want ACRE2 added as well.

I want as many people as can do it to join the server tomorrow night around 9PM CST. That is Sunday night. I am trying to get a large group on the server. You do not need Teamspeak to join. ACRE radios are handled server side. Just use the Swifty Launcher I posted about to join in a simple and easy manner.

I went and rented a dedicated server box and finished porting to Lingor.

The server is up and running as we speak.

Here are some of the changes made:

Players now spawn with different sidearms depending on their faction (Blufor/Opfor/Indie).
Blufor spawns with Colt Python .367 magnum
Opfor spawns with Tokarev TT33 7.62x25
Indie spawns with Raging Bull .454 magnum

Blufor is US Ranger SOCOM Woodland faction
Opfor is Russian Alpha Team Spetsnaz.
Independent is PG Services PMC faction.

Engineers spawn with mine detection and defusal kits.
Medics spawn with bandages, morphine, epinephrine, and Bloodbags
Snipers spawn with Rangefinder, AtragMX, Rangecard, and Kestrel 4500

All players can perform medic duties (revive and transfuse blood) but medic class is naturally better (uses less equipment to do the job).

Replaced majority of helicopters with Huey Helicopter pack helicopters eg: UH-1H, UH-1C, UH-1D, UH-1Y, etc variants including the Heavy Hog and Heavy Hog w/ twin GAU-19s. Replaced jets with Texan T-6 planes and Massi F-35.

After installing the mods, you need to download these two files and extract them to your mods directory. They are patched for ACE3. Patched files[mega.nz]

Finally, copy the Userconfig folder from the @ace3 directory (or whatever your ACE3 mod folder is called) and paste it into your root Arma 3 directory. Merge it with the userconfig folder already there if one exists.

To join, filter for Fractured or ACE3 and look for the Fractured Gaming ACE3 Wasteland server.
