Great idea, I'm sick of the quitters ruining hours of my life. I'm not sure how we can make this work practically though. What Civ really needs is a reputation system. p.s. if you are interested in playing good old school real FPS please check out my site - we have a group of Duke Nukem 3D players still Duking it out! For me, Civ and Duke are all I need.

Quick question, for these games will no personal mods be on? Because I am running this game on a Mac so I can not actually mod the game to my knowledge. Or would that be something to discuss in chat before a game?
