8floor is like suricate (jewel match), they don't improve their games over the years, just add more of the same, except 8floor doesn't act like they care. actually, 8floor has 2 'engines' for their solitaires and jigsaws (more like an updated version of the original) but the differences are marginal. surprisingly, there aren't many decent mahjongs on steam, they're either lazy or overpriced or both. there have to be some decent online (and free) options though.

I own all your games except 2, here or at Big Fish.  I just saw Panda Mahjong and I would love to buy it.  However, I have severe arthritis in both hands and I'm not as young, nor as fast as I used to be. Are there no zen levels in the game?  Marking it as a casual game seems to be an oxymoron.  I apologize if I am wrong. I did watch the video and looked closely at the screenshots.

The NY Times had an article within the past month stating that the average age of most gamers is mid-50s to early 60s.

I'd love to continue to support your company but unless you can offer games with a zen mode, I can't. Mahjong is meant to be relaxing. A member of my community teaches this game & you first have to learn to relax before you are allowed to be a player.

You offer the excitement for those who prefer it & who have the health & dexterity to play that way. Please consider offering a zen mode for those of us who wish to relax while we play.

Hello i was wondering something about business tour, how could you let such a scripted game out.
It's like playing lottery, knowing the winning numbers but still betting on the wong ones.
I'd like to send you my medical bills as your game gave me huge trust issues to the point i can't stand because i'm afraid my legs will let me down like your game did.

Lost Artifacts: Soulstone does not work, I just get black screen. I checked the threads of the game, and the issue was first raised on January 2020. Multiple people have posted about having the same problem. More than 2 years later, and the issue is still not resolved. Not happy with that, I have been enjoying the rest of the games, but this is not good at all.

yo why do i need to pay to play with my friends

my router was updateing so i disconnected from a game and reconected to the scream with all profiles on that already joined the game. I press play and for some reason the only thing that shows up is the background scream. I waited for about 3 min then reseted the game finding myself on the start screen and not only that i also found out that i lost 20 gold + i never even got that 1 disconnected point from tournament like wtf ??

i had 5 stright wins in a row and just started a game that i never got to play + another whole game was wasted without me joining it pls can i get atleast a refound for those 20 gold the situation is already bad as it is.

some of your newly released solitaire games mention ads on the store page and having to make a purchase in-game to remove them. can you confirm if there's in fact ads in the paid steam versions or not?
