i think exceptions like heavy wont be a problem but ripper you will need some one to keep track of that. and another question if some one doesnt come that week but is there the next time will you still have this first warning??

We do it like that.
If u aren't there one weekend you will get 1 warning.
If u aren't there for 2 weeks you will get the 2nd Warning and a break for the next trains and lbs.
If u aren't coming after the break you will get kicked out of the regiment!
