The first event seemed to go pretty well, seeing as it came up out of nowhere. We are trying to think of more to schedule, but we need to know when you play! Post your peak hours, and what games you would like to see events for and we can start getting some games goin!

Alien Swarm (once it is released)

Hello new 4-2-0 gamers,
I am one of the admins for this group, and I am happy to announce that we are going to expand our membership and become a more utilized group on the Steam Community. I go by either Josh or Kegley, but I doubt we will need any formal greetings. >:-D

Now down to business, I know that there are a lot of groups on steam and I'm sure we are all members of more than just one, but I want this group to be for matchmaking on select games that most members of the group have as well as any discussions on different titles or systems that our members are interested in.

We will soon put out a list of games that we will schedule events for and I hope that we can all do our part to get the MOST people to join so we can benefit when the time to throw down is upon us. Ask any and all of your friends who have the games yet to be listed and we can build a large following and be able to provide more to our members.

Here's a small list of some of MY hopes for this group:

to provide a group setting where anyone can come to ask for help and gain needed experience to become a well rounded gamer.

to provide our members with unique challenges and matchmaking that can break the mold of the old "join a server and hope they dont noobtube." approach.

to expand our following and be able to one day offer group-member-only tournaments and devolope teams of dedicated gamers to persue Amature and Professional gaming curcuit tournaments.
