I'm posting this because unfortunately the end of the college year is coming and i have to burrow myself into my books to pass quite a few academic placement tests to get into the Masters' programs i want to reach. The summer coming after that I won't be able to be on steam much, or maybe at all.
So, it pains me to say this but I will not be able to maintain my position as an Admin for this server, I am paying with Darien the following month but will not be able to continue on after that.

However, if time allows it, I'll be able to come back in the Fall after summer and continue on with you guys, if you will have me! :)

The daily resets will happen every night at 7:30pm Est, unless I forget or something =)

The resets will either be done by Admin Baccus or myself Admin Darien/Ceasis

I will try to give out as much of a warning as I can, but the servers will be reset at 7:30 regardless of whoever is on doing whatever!

(Disclaimer: All rules must be abided by at all times by admins and players to ensure a great gaming experience that is fair and enjoyable for everyone.)




The main continent is divided into two realms with a wall. The northern hemisphere is PVE, Southern is PVP.

The central city of EastWatch is located in the clearing on the east coast, across from the smaller island. Players may choose to live within these walls (PVE), North of the wall (PVE) or South of the wall (PVP).

Please review the MAP for additional information and points of interest.


The following is the value of the coin system used in the server:

• 1 gold = 100 silver
  
• 1 silver = 100 copper
  
  GM involved buy/sell is available within the central city or western trading village. All other trading villages are player/player trading. The updated GM price list can be found here:

  Player/Player trading between realms is permitted in the central city, or trading posts located along the continental wall. The central city and Trading posts are NEUTRAL areas. No PVP.
  
  
  
  Rules Enforcement
  Special note on mining and infinity piles :
  In order to maintain the integrity of the server and reduce lag, tunneling/ mining is not active on this server. Inifinty piles ARE allowed.
  
  Shaped stones for a forge and Blacksmith is included the starterpack. Additional stones or goods requiring a pickaxe can be bought from a GM.
  
  When your prospecting is level 60, then please post a request with your in-game character name in the mining thread under the discussion section. A GM will level your mining skill to 60. (You will need to be logged off when this change is made to prevent issues) . If you have any questions or need asssitance, please reach out to a GM / page admin. Thank you for your understanding.

Basic Rules:
[1.] No griefing. This includes anything from claiming buildings that don't belong to you, deconstructing other players buildings before completion, clear cutting someones forest, etc. Point is, if you think it's going to upset someone that you're doing it to...don't do it!

[2.] Any trees you cut down, the stumps must be uprooted. No exceptions.

[3.] Trees are not to be planted right next to each other. Give them breathing room of at least 1 tiles all direction.

[4.] NO "floating logs" or defying physics to gain entry to areas- No glitching through walls or traveling under the world please.

[5.] Do NOT attempt to circumvent or scale/ or climb over the central wall. There are approved methods of traveling between realms : ( See Realm- Rules of Engagement Below )

[6.] No building within 20 blocks/tiles from the great wall.

[7.] Once you pick your realm, you are not permitted to change.. You will need to create a new player.

[8.] GM abuse or abuse of GM's is not tolerated. All GM's will remain unbiased while in their GM role and will respect players. Likewise, players shall respect GM's.

[9.] Need we say it? Do not spam chat, use ethinic or racial slurs, hate speach etc.. Treat others how you would expect to be treated. We have little patience for drama and it will be dealt with harshly.


Realm Rules of Engagement - North/South

NO Cross-realm raiding!

Players who want to visit another realm can be invited by another player in that realm or with GM permission.

Stealing/ Thievery IS permitted in the North ! (and just about anything goes in the South, as long as it is not in violation o fthe rules specified) - Protect your valuables !

Travel Advisory: Northeners are fair game when escorted/ traveling into the southern realm! They are allowed to defend themselves against an aggressor but are not to actvely seek combat while visitng.

Northern vs Northern combat is acceptable provided both parties agree.

There is a combat arean located in the GM complex for those who wish to fight cross realm. This gives everyone an opportunity to engage in combat if they wish.



Combat and Special Rules

Once combat is initiated, the only allowable outcomes are retreat on land, yielding, unconsciousness, death, or mutual agreement between players to end fighting. The south being the PvP zone, you are considered engaged at all times.

No combat logging (logging off with the intention of not fighting if in a losing situation). It's cowardly and not tolerated. This rule, however, does not apply to people who are in their on their own village/town/fort/castle and have not engaged in battle. If they did not engage to defend themselves and logged, the raiders may take all their valuables lying about, as much as they can carry and move during that raid, but the fled villagers are safe from this clause.

Raiding is allowed in the south, only by sotherners! Beseiging a settlement with walls requires you to build a log or dirt ramp to breach the walls. No floating logs, tunneling into bases, or human climbing permitted. If asked, the GM will monitor raids.

Any advantagous exploit usage for PvP will be bannable under GM discretion. These bans are not refuttable and will only be reviewed and assessed by the GMs.

Punishments follow a 3 strike rule. They are:

1st infraction: Official Warning

2nd infraction: 48 hour ban

3rd infraction: Permanent ban

Exception: We do NOT tollerate griefers. Those found griefing will be permanently banned- immediately.

Anyone who feels a ruling has been unjustly made against them may appeal to the admins to review your case. It will either be accepted or rejected within a 24 hour period.


GM Rules

A GM is not a server god, but a server servant.

A GM is not allowed to instabuild, unles for an event, or other server project.

A GM should not help him or herself, but ask another GM for help.
Thats to prevent abuse. If no other GM is on for 4 hours, then its ok to help yourself.
