Hello everyone, as you may notice we have quite too many NCO's, we are going to be cutting down on the amount of officers and NCO's we have. The way it should be set it up is as followed:
Captain: 1
1st Lieutenant: 2
2nd Lieutenant: 1
Sergeant Major: 1
1st Sergeant: 1
Sergeant: 3
Corporal: 5
Enlisted: 86

Note: The purpose of this game is not like Mount & Blade: Warband, ranking up is not what it is about, if that's what you're looking for please kindly, leave. I'm tired of people joining these things for rank. Rank doesn't mean didilly squat if you don't fit the bill!!! Privates, intend on being privates for the next two years or so. Thanks,

Oh, i forgot to mention: Before my pc broke down, i couldn't show up to a training because i had the first day of my State Track meet. (In which we won. Go Vista Ridge Wolves!)

Sorry for my inactivity, i havent been showing up because my pc decided to break down a few weeks ago and i have been trying to get my warranty replacements all this time. The last thing i need is my GPU and it arrives on Monday. So if my absence could be excused that would be appreciated. Again, sorry for the absence.

we don't do training's on war of right's since nobuddy has the drill camp so we do training's on mount and blade warband North and south mod

Guys do we have weekly or monthly squad trainings on war on rights? I have been on and off training my aim and how fast i can fire acuratly but i rarely see anyone on
