en-us Steam Community RSS Hello everyone, this will be the final announcement in this Steam Group. The regiment is disbanding. This is not for a singular reason but many so I will elaborate.<br><br>1) My 2nd college term is starting up soon and this will mean I have less time for leading and as we have no 2IC I have to be at every event, this leads me on to my second reason.<br><br>2) We have no 2IC meaning that I have to be at every event, I see no one suitable or willing to be the 2IC either currently. I don't have time to be at every event all the time, sorry.<br><br>3) Activity. We have 35+ members yet only get 7-16 attendence, this isn't good for a regiment of our size and has just made events harder to organise with such an unpredictable and low attendence.<br><br>4) Community. There are only a few people in the the regiment that actually come into TeamSpeak outside of event times making our community lacking.<br><br>Anyway, I am sorry for those that were enjoying the regiment (I certainly was) but with all these reasons combined I think it's best that we end the regiment here. I thank you to all the loyal members that we had and RIP 24e.
