So it seems our group is being misrepresented. It has been said that we have become more casual which is the case only in regards to our ranking structure. We as the Cadre felt that ranks were a superficial way for people to prove the were "better" or had more power. In regards to this we abandoned our ranking structure for a more flexible unit that didn't rely on having people assigned to a specific squad or team. From those of us at the top, in our experience ranks led to dissent and the downfall of units. We got rid of this because we noticed a large portion of people wouldn't get on TS if there SL wasn't on. TI clarify and close we are still a unit, we aren't casual, we still have leaders. If you really wanted that rank before your name im sorry we can't offer that to you. Shame to see some of you leave but we are all adults with jobs and real lives. If you would like a unit that is Air Assault for Squad and has ranks you may want to speak to Wellington. If you would like to continue to use the same tactics as a real military without the pressure of a rank system we are always welcoming of members to continue playing with us.

Many changes have occurred in the last month and it's time to get everyone up to date. First change is our switch to discord, after the sudden departure of Andreoli we were forced to find a new way to communicate, thus the switch to discord. If anyone is interested in joining the discord ask anyone with [21st] tags for an invite. Second order of business is our naming structure, the tag has been changed to [21st] and you are now permitted to have usernames instead of the first initial last name structure.
