After careful planning and discussions with the senior staff members of 1RAMB there are going to be a number of changes involving scheduling, punishments and even down to the formation of a section. A lot has been organised and planned and now we are publicly presenting it to you. It is important that you remember the things said here as many things are different from what they had previously been.

Part I Schedule

The new schedule for 1RAMB has been defined and will not change, it is important that all members take time to remember the schedule. Our weeks run from Monday to Sunday and there are many chances for members to attain Promotion Points.

Monday : Basic Military Qualification Course Alpha
Tuesday : Battalion Foot Patrol
Wednesday : Basic Military Qualification Course Bravo
Thursday : Platoon Training
Friday :
Saturday : Every Other Saturday = Operation
Sunday :

So for most members there is only two to three things that are avalible for them during the week. The Patrol on Tuesday, the Training on Thursday and the large Operation that is every 2nd Saturday.

Part II Training

1RAMB is overgoing a large training reform in the fact that we are actually going to start having some. Every Thursday there will be a lesson of 60 minutes taught by a different instructor every week. The training lesson is picked by the instructor of that week so for example one week Mr.Silva could offer a Combat Life Saver class to which only those that wish to be there are to attend but the next week Mr Jeffers might instruct an Airborne Class to which everyone is expected to be there. The announcments will be posted on Steam or the website regarding what the upcoming training is.

We are also introducing our Basic Military Qualification Course which all of our new members will take before being officially introduced into 1RAMB. The course is divided into two sections that are taught every week. Section 1 is on Monday and Section 2 is on Wednesday. They must be completed in order. Once completion of both Section 1 and Section 2 of the BMQ, boots must then complete either a Tuesday Patrol or a Saturday Operation to be promoted to Private.

Part III Roster
There have been a number of changes regarding the structure of the platoon and the section. Sections now have Section 2IC which take a load off of the Section commanders. The Grenadier role has been temoporarily removed for the time being until we expand our numbers.

Part IV Code of Military Justice

Article 1 Inactivity

In order for 1RAMB to be successful we need to have a high attendance level and that requires people to show up. Avoiding the following punishments are easy, on our website we have an LOA section in the forums. If you are not going to be attending an event simply say so there so we know you are not coming, this is the only acceptable way to write an excuse. There will no longer be any "Let us know". We are not going to come and find you. Post here if you cannot attend.

1st Offence : Written Warning
2nd Offence : Moved to Reserves
*Once moved to Reserves you are required to show up to at least one event within a two week time period. If not, you will be removed from the unit and must re-apply.

Article 2 Failure to Follow Orders

Here at 1RAMB we have a rank structure for a reason. We expect everyone to respect the authority of their superiors. It is important for you to do as you're told now matter the circumstance. It is Arma 3, your lives are not in danger. If someone tells you to charge across an open field you do it, if someone tells you to shut up, you do it. Simple.

2nd Offence : Suspension
3rd Offence : Removal from 1RAMB

Article 3 Unauthorized Discharge of a Firearm

When we're stationed in Garrison there is 0 tolerance for firing any kind of weapon inside of the base. We have firing ranges and the FIA for that.

3rd Offence : Removal from 1RAMB

Article 4 Deserting

Leaving the battlefield or Garrison when not given permission is a serious offence and will not be tolerated.

Article 5 Mutiny

Our Staff members have spent a lot of time and money into creating and running 1RAMB and there will be 0 tolerance for a mutiny attempt. Ultimately they are in charge and what they say goes. If you don't like it, you're more than welcome to submit your resignation.

Punishment : Removal from 1RAMB

Article 6 Accessing MCC

This may seem minor but MCC is an important tool for the command staff to run missions and ensure things go as they are supposed to. You must have permissiont to use MCC.

1st Offence : Verbal Warning
2nd Offence : Removal from event
3rd Offence : Removal from 1RAMB

Article 7 PUI (Playing Under the Influence)

Playing a video game is nothing like driving but it also has a negative effect on the experience of others. When you're under the influence of alcohol or narcotics you're not yourself and it is not acceptable for you to be around other people, we have a lot of younger members that will not benefit from your intoxication so there is to be 0 incidents involving anyone playing under the influence.

1st Offence : Removal from Event
2nd Offence :Suspension,1
3rd Offence : Removal from 1RAMB.

Article 8 Impersonation

Impersonating anyone is an uunacceptable. Whether that be the CO or a new Recruit. We do not take this lightly as everyone is aloud to be their own person and no one should take that away from them or try to gain from it.

2nd Offence : Removal from 1RAMB

Article 9 Failure to Maintain Uniform Regulations

We have a fairly loose uniform regulation policy as it is dependant on the mission. We always tell you what you should wear but failure to do so will have some consequences.

1st Offence : Verbal Warning
2nd Offence : Removal From Event
3rd Offence : Suspension
4th Offence :Removal from 1RAMB

If you are not active by the next week you will be kicked out of 1RAMB. Activity has been a issue for a couple of weeks. 1RAMB will also go through a MAJOR reform in how we operate. The SOP(Standard Operation Procedure) will be out by friday.
