I'm leaving 1ps temporaily because of Personal Reasons and abusive staff. Insulting me, abusing power, etc. I don't feel welcome. So I'm leaving. Dinkle, contact me when Wild and Wiz are out of power. Until then, I can't come. Abuse all around.

Discrow you go to the forums and make a thread under Mod applications. There is a format guideline thread you need to follow.

how does one apply for admin or mod?

The Steam group is broken as of now. You may not be able to join as a member if you got demoted, wait for me to contact dinkle and fix it.
