Due to massive amount of Dunkleo after recent patches, we needed to manually wipe wild dino population, server will be back online as soon as possible.

Really strange, we are in server now. Try this:
1) Open Steam
2) Go in view (top left window)
3) Go in servers, then favourites
4) Click "add server " and put 81.19.211.129, then click "add server to favourites"
5) Click refresh and server should pop up in the list, double click on it
