I got a game ban but I don't know where to write

Greetings, I got a game ban allegedly for using cheating software, in my case I didn't use anything but I don't have any proof so it doesn't matter now, I'm interested in whether this game ban will pass so I know if I'm making a new steam or should I wait for an unban here

Start over on a new Steam account. If the ban is incorrect it will be removed automatically with no input from you. But again, you admit to griefing.
